Defending Drug Cases
      My first step in defending someone accused of possessing a controlled substance is to scrutinize the police conduct in the case, always looking for anyway that they may have violated your constitutional or statutory rights in searching your vehicle, person or home to obtain evidence. Generally, any evidence the police seized that violated your rights must be excluded from evidence.
